Within I gain a little more information each time I read. The book has taught me some good tricks while I’ve come up with a few on my own. The hard part about mind tricks is that you can’t always describe them without a few funny looks. Watch my video and you’ll understand.
I’m a happy camper – my 2nd 10 mile run for my training went very well after I simply relaxed myself and focused on the run. Amazing how that works!
