Twitter never existed 10,000 years ago, which goes without saying. But I’ll bet Grok got his words out in less than 140 characters! A few grunts and his point was understood. Just for fun, I thought I’d list off those who you can also follow on Twitter should you be inclined to go down the Primal road. From this group a #primal workout or #primal recipe are just around the corner. If you tweet a Primal topic, don’t forget the #primal hashtag so others can track your activities. Makes it more fun that way!

Actually the list was put together in the order that Twitter gave me so I could do a cut/paste. I believe the list is in the order of the people I added to my list. But that’s our secret…
