About the Author
Jeff resides in South Dakota where he works at a hospital for children with special needs. He has two gorgeous daughters that are his motivation to live life longer. Together they live in blissful peace – mostly.
Jeff is a former weight loss victor. In his earlier trials and tribulations, Jeff lost over 48 lbs., brought his bodyfat from 33% to 6.5% and thereafter became a personal trainer, helping his clients lose weight and gain self-esteem. He enjoys making certain aspects of his life public as a means to help leverage his goals. His latest weight loss outcome is here.
As of late, Jeff is training for the Twin Cities Marathon scheduled for October 4, 2009.
