Yes, it’s time once again for the newest addition to Life Isn’t Over – something I’m calling Pick’s Clicks.  I hope you find something of value here.  At least I thought some of these were worth clicking on….

Dying to know how to even attempt beating Jack Palance at the one armed push-up?  This video, via Conditioning Resaerch, is a great primer for all desiring to master the ultimate in bodyweight exercises.

Girl Gone Primal has done it again – and again – and again.  Her recipes are off the charts and with the use of Primal/Paleo ingredients, you can be assured they will be gluten free and tasty.

Speaking of recipes, PurePrimal has this amazing recipe for Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffins. Who said Drive Thru was the only solution for a good breakfast on the go?

Finally, unless you’ve been living under a rock, you have seen the now famous TED presentation about childhood obesity by Jamie Oliver.  If so:  1)  Slowly push the rock up off of you.  2)  Click HERE.  3) Get a house, it’s much warmer than that rock.
